Do you ship to my country?

Yes! I'll ship anywhere they'll have me.

NOTE: Non-US customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees which may be collected upon the delivery of your package. Additionally, check with your local post office to make sure your country is currently accepting packages from the USA. Please keep an eye on your package's tracking because it can be returned to me if it is not picked up at your post office in a timely manner. 

Which shipping services do you use?

All domestic and international packages are shipped via USPS and come with a tracking number.

How quickly do you ship after I’ve ordered? 

Orders are shipped within 1-7 business days from the time they are placed. Items are shipped from Los Angeles, CA, USA.

NOTE: Placing an order with Priority or Express Mail means that USPS will deliver your package 1-2 days or sooner. It doesn't guarantee that I will prepare your package faster than other orders. It will still take 1-7 business days for your order to be processed on my end and dropped at the shipping facility. If you need your order to arrive in a specific time, please contact me at hello@shopmomcmasters.com to see what I can do.

When will I receive my order?

The time of arrival depends on location and shipping method:

Domestic:
USPS First Class (1-3 Business days)
USPS Priority Mail (1-2 Days) ✦ Includes Insurance
USPS Priority Mail Express (1 Day) ✦ Includes Insurance

International:
USPS 
First Class (7-21 Days)
USPS Priority Mail (6-10 Days) ✦ Includes Insurance
USPS Priority Mail Express (3-5 Days) ✦ Includes Insurance

Refunds

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item for your order, you will receive the correct one or be refunded.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen during shipment and delivery. Most issues can be resolved by getting in contact with your local post office and opening a claim. I highly recommend that you choose Priority Mail when checking out to guarantee insurance on your order in the event that USPS makes a mistake and you don't receive your package.

Returns

All sales are final, but if there is an issue or concern with a product, please contact me at hello@shopmomcmasters.com.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Can you sign or personalize my order?

Posters and postcards come unsigned by default. If you'd like it to be signed, just let me know in the checkout notes!

If you want to include a short gift message for your recipient, just write it in the checkout notes. I'll handwrite it on a little card and include it in your order. Also we do not include packing slips/receipts to save paper.
